BMC Software is currently recruiting for the exciting role of Recruitment Executive to provide high quality recruiting support to the Europe Middle East & Africa (EMEA) Recruitment Team.

Main duties and responsibilities will include:

• Interaction with HR Business Partners spread around the globe in regard to sourcing activities.
• Solid hands on experience in various sourcing methodologies.
• Creating reports for the global clients.
• Employment Reference Checking.

Communication (Internal and External):

• Requirements gathering
• Requirements clarification
• Recruiting performance metrics
• Recruiting process

Skills and experience required

• Minimum 1 to 2 year of hardcore IT sourcing experience preferably gained in a complex, fast moving business environment.
• Strong I.T skills: Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel & Outlook
• Work Timings: EMEA (1400hrs to 22hrs)
• Candidate eligible for food and transport policy.
• Work Location: BMC Software, Pune
